Merkaba Meditation with Music

"Mer"
means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. MerKaBa is
a term which means 'chariot' in Hebrew. It is the spiraling energy of
consciousness that moves us from one reality to another. It consists of
counter- rotating fields of energy that surround each of us. The merkaba has
are two star tetrahedrons - polarities - duality - male/female.
The male
tetrahedron - electrical energy - the apex faces up towards the sun, the second
point facing front. The female - magnetic energy - the points face the back and
downward towards the Earth. As this links with pyramid energies and Sacred Geometry - you might find this meditation
enhanced in a pyramid.
The
Merkabah is also the shape of the Star of David which takes us to Qabbalah.
Sit in the lotus position
or stand
whatever is comfortable for you.
Close your eyes.
Visualize the merkaba field that surrounds your body.
You are going to create balance within that field.
Once you have done this - the energies will begin to rotate
and your consciousness will spiral to a higher frequency.
See a rod of white light moving through the apex of the merkaba
moving down through your chakras
aligning them with each other and the light.
Continue as the rod of light completes its journey
and aligns the apex of the female tetrahedron with
the apex of the male above.
As is Above now aligns with So is Below.
You may feel dizzy as the energies begin to rotate.
For some people they move clockwise -
for others the energies move counter-clockwise.
Once you have balanced and moved through
the energies spiral your merkaba outward.
Watch as your merkaba grows larger and larger as it spins
connecting the merkaba of planet Earth
then growing ever large until it connects with the Merkaba of the Universal
Grid.
You are now One with Universe and Creation.
