Meditations
and Initiations with Ellie
There are many Meditations
and Initiations throughout Crystalinks. Allow your soul to guide you to each
one. Below are a few favorites. 
You might want to print the preparation
instructions below to use with each Meditation or Initiation.
Preparation
Find a quiet place - free
of distractions.
Adjust lighting, room
temperature.
Create ambiance with music,
candles, crystals, incense, or anything else that enhances the mood.
Outdoors find a place in
nature that calls to your soul.
You can meditate alone or
with a group.
Meditations can be long or
short. There should be no time restrictions.
Meditations and Initiations
can be guided by another person reading the notes on the files below - by an
audio tape of the notes on the files below - or you can memorize them and
create your own rhythm.
You may want to keep a
paper and writing implement near you - so you can quickly record what you see
or hear after the meditation. You can also use a tape recorder to that end.
Please remember to make a notation of the date of the meditation.
Be sure that your phones
are off - mobile/cell or land lines.
Loosen your clothing -
remove eyeglasses - footwear - any restrictive garment.
Getting Started
Sit down or lie down. Find
a position that is comfortable for you.
Inhale slowly through your
nose. Hold the breath as is comfortable for you. Exhale slowly through your
mouth. Repeat two more times or until you feel completely relaxed.
Relax your body starting
with your neck, head, jaw, shoulders, arms, back, and legs.
Proceed with chosen
meditation or initiation.

INITIATIONS IN THE 12 PYRAMIDS
Initiations
differ from Meditations in that they link your soul with another time - most
often one in which you played a spiritual role. You may view this as linking
with another aspect of your soul having a spiritual journey in a parallel
reality. The part of your soul which guides from above - brings the physical
aspects together in initiation so raise frequency and share knowledge that will
enhance its journey into awareness.
Reality
is created by the Blueprint of Sacred Geometry. There are 12 ethereal pyramids surrounding one
creational source of light or conscious thought. They create a consciousness
grid or matrix which is multidimensional. It is the vehicle through which we
experience. Souls are created by a source of consciousness, spiral into the
grids at various levels of frequency to experience.
Each
ethereal pyramid has a corresponding grid point on the physical planet. We call
these places - sacred sites. We are guided to visit them to connect with their
frequencies as part of Initiating our conscious awareness to higher frequency
information of light - to connect with the grids of creation and the source of
light.
An Initiation is part of

you are guided here today, your soul is experiencing in the physical realms,
the place of duality, electromagnetic energy or polarity, which created emotions

from the Initiation could leave you disoriented as you may not come back into
your physical body as quickly as you would from a meditation. Please allow time
to relax afterwards, or just drift into dream state.
